In order to create healthy living conditions, there is a need for community manpower to be upgraded and trained for effective health services now. The responsibilities of the health specialists in the community have more importance and must be well-equipped to give specified remedies for day-to-day illnesses.

All India Vocational Paramedical Council has been established to promote paramedical sciences and health education in the country. It is also creating a bending of well-trained Para Medical personnel so that they may get a rural atmosphere which may help them to work in rural and urban areas.
